Hi, I'm Jess! I found FIT4MOM when I was a new mom in Maryland, far from family and barely knowing anyone. I was lonely and touched out and had no idea how to make friends as a stay-at-home mom. I googled "mom groups near me" out of desperation and found a Stroller Strides class.

It was awkward at first. I almost didn't go back.

But I did. And those women became some of my closest friends.

When my family moved back to Missouri in 2024, I was starting over again — no village, no FIT4MOM anywhere close. So I opened one.
